Roger has now been thriving in the prestige real estate segment of the Greater Montreal area for over 12 years. He also brings a wealth of successful sales & communication experience from the corporate/technology field. Having held senior management roles with telecommunications giants and emerging internet companies, he is accustomed in negotiating large, complex contracts and agreements with clients of various cultures and background, always insisting on attainment of expected results. He now combines his long term passion for architecture and design to the sale and marketing of unique and distinctive properties.
Worldly, he has traveled to more than 50 countries, from the vineyards of South Africa to remote areas such as the Galapagos and Easter Islands. His love of art and mastery of visual effects allows him to be an effective stager, cleverly reconfiguring spaces that quickly grab a potential buyer’s interest and ensuring that the first impression is as positive and long lasting one. Furthermore, his extensive capabilities in the development and the implementation of communication and marketing plans that effectively delivers results and exceed customer expectations by the utilization of new tools like social media and Web applications has been the foundation of his success in real estate.
Roger has been the cornerstone of Sotheby's accomplishments with a major development project, 333 Sherbrooke, where he has secured the acquisition of more than 100 condos in this luxurious residential complex. Until recently, his energies were spent at selling the convenience and lifestyle of Montreal's newest luxury multi-functional complex, Humaniti.
Energetic, bilingual, multi-cultural and an effective communicator, Roger has contributed to real estate and patrimonial housing articles in regional, national and international publications such as the Montreal Gazette, La Presse, The National Post and the New York Times. He is featured in the April 2015 Canadian issue of Top Agent Magazine. Roger holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Ottawa where he majored in marketing and is a graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Music of the University of Toronto.
